• Deloitte needs professionals like yourself to help our clients achieving their goals of managing successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Playing an active role in requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, assisting in conference room pilots (CRP), owning complete end-to-end delivery of the program, technology landscape, technology build across Cloud ERP.
• Collaborate with global and offshore teams across technologies and platforms.
• Attend training programs in latest technologies, learn and deploy on the job.
• Participate in day-to-day project meetings and share their issues/discussions.

• Functional professional with implementation experience in Cloud Supply Chain modules like Planning (Supply, Demand and S&OP), Order Management, Subscription Management, GOP, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing, Install Base and a team member or team lead for at least 1 full cycle implementation.
• A minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience implementing. All or a subset of modules mentioned above
• Demonstrated skill as a senior resource with experience on end to end Implementation cycle, related to key design and build activities such as requirement gathering and documentation of business requirements, design workshop preparation, perform fit-gap analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE business process designs, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, cutover, deployment planning and execution etc.
• Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
• Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
• Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications is preferred.
• A Bachelor/Masters’ degree in Engineering/Business.
