Duties
- Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatments
- Set up therapy equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Monitor and report patient progress to the therapist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area
- Escort patients to and from treatment areas
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments
Skills
- Familiarity with inpatient, outpatient, acute care, and clinic settings
- Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively with patients across different age groups, including geriatrics
- Understanding of hospital medicine practices
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
