Experience: 20 to 25 years in sterile formulation manufacturing
Location: Baddi
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GMP, USFDA, MHRA) and manage audits.
• Maintain high-quality standards across manufacturing processes.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Monitor budgets and drive cost-effective, efficient operations.
• Support long-term strategic planning for plant expansion and technological upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in sterile injectable manufacturing and handling regulatory audits.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in a large-scale injectable plant.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
