Job description
We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, particularly with React Native, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Technical Skills
Core Skills

• Java Script/ES6+: Proficiency in modern Java Script features and syntax.
• React Native: Strong understanding of React Native fundamentals and components.
• React: Knowledge of React concepts such as hooks, state management, context API, lifecycle methods.
• Redux/Mob X: Experience with state management libraries.
• Navigation: Familiarity with React Navigation or other navigation libraries.

Mobile Development

• Native Modules: Understanding how to integrate and use native modules (both i OS and Android).
• Performance Optimization: Techniques to improve app performance, including profiling and debugging.
• Styling: Proficient in styling with CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, or other styling methodologies.

Backend Integration

• RESTful APIs: Experience in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Graph QL: Knowledge of Graph QL (optional but beneficial).

Tools & Libraries

• Third-Party Libraries: Experience with common libraries (Axios, React Native Paper, React Native Elements, etc.).
• Unit Testing: Basic knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Native Testing Library.

Development Practices

• Version Control: Proficient in using Git and platforms like Git Hub, Git Lab, or Bitbucket.
• Git: Advanced proficiency in Git for version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
• CI/CD: Familiar with continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).

Platform-Specific Skills

• Android Development: Good understanding of Android Studio and its usage.
• i OS Development: Good understanding of Xcode and Cocoa Pods.

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Additional Skills (Optional but Beneficial)

• Type Script: Experience with Type Script for type-safe coding.
• Push Notifications: Implementation of push notifications.
• App Store/Play Store: Experience with the app submission process.
• Cloud Services: Basic understanding of services like Firebase, AWS, Azure for mobile app backend.

Learning and Growth

• Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in React Native and mobile development.
• Open Source Contributions: Involvement in open-source projects can be a plus.
