Job Profile: - HR Recruiter
Location: - Shastri Nagar New Delhi.
We are seeking an experienced HRrecruiter to join our team atn our office location. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the growth and development of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
Manage job postings on various platforms, including company website, job boards, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Conduct interviews with candidates, assess their skills and fit for the role.
Coordinate with internal teams for background checks, reference checks, and other necessary steps. Ensure timely and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate status, and job postings. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize recruitment processes.
Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
