Job Description:
As a Restaurant Cashier at Carnivale, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Provide change and receipts as necessary.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any questions or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Order Management: Input and process orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure that orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
• Pet Pooja Knowledge: Understand and follow procedures related to Pet Pooja and ensure that all related activities are conducted respectfully and in accordance with established guidelines.
• Front-of-House Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas. Restock supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and address any operational issues that may arise.
• Compliance: Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, health and safety, and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Skills: Strong numerical skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Pet Pooja practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Attitude: A positive, customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
