Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Tele caller with a real estate background to join our team. As a Tele caller at Bullmen Realty, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering the best real estate solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients.
- Providing information about our real estate services and offerings.
- Understanding client requirements and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Scheduling appointments and follow-ups with clients.
- Achieving daily and monthly targets as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Only candidates with a real estate background need to apply; no freshers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Learning Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine interest in understanding and fulfilling client needs.
- Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Timings: Office hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Location: Our office is conveniently located at Noida 127.
