We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our OEM R&D team in Bangalore. You will be working alongside with other software engineers on next generation configuration tools for lighting products, such as LED drivers and Io T lighting control devices.

As the Scrum Master, you'll be leading and coaching our software development team in all aspects from understanding the customer requirements towards designing, implementing and verifying the configuration tools for LED drivers.

What you’ll do

• Work with System Architect, Product Owner, Product Architect and engineers to understand customer requirements.
• Lead the team in estimating effort and planning activities to ensure a good quality and maintainable implementation.
• Monitor team progress and inform stakeholders.
• Comfortably driving and advancing quality in the organization
• Actively contribute to Agile team process

What you’ll need

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Science, or equivalent, ideally certified SAFe Scrum Master, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in product development
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices and working in an agile environment
• Working experience with Bitbucket and Jira
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
