Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and highly motivated Global Accounts Payable Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is crucial for overseeing and executing the accounts payable functions on a global scale, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, a deep understanding of global tax requirements, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multinational environment.
Accounts Payable Management Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee Global accounts payable, including processing PO and Non-PO invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain AP records.
- Verify the contracts, agreements, SLA’s etc. before booking AP Invoices.
- Verify and validate Global Expenses Reports in a timely manner and escalate the violations
- Handle vendor onboarding, due diligence, and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Proficient working knowledge of GST, VAT, Annual W-9, and WHT AP accounting for all regions.
- Close AP accounting books per corporate guidelines.
- Provide various monthly/quarterly/annual management analytical reports of AP Domain.
- Support GL Team for Monthly Contractor and Other Accruals.
- Support the Treasury team with AP Cash Forecast weekly.
- Participate in statutory and internal audits by providing required details.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with other finance teams to support global operations
- B. Com /M. Com/MBA.
- 5-8 years experience in the Accounts payable domain.
- Oracle Fusion ERP experience is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive
- Strong verbal and written skills; effective with stakeholders at all levels.
- Should be a team player, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in EMEA timings.
