As a Software Engineering Architect, Salesforce, your primary responsibility will be to build sustainable technology solutions for our global agents using Salesforce, while also working on the integration with various other platforms that interact with Salesforce org.

Role Responsibilities

• 
  Work with engineering and business partners to define and build out complex solutions driving value through business process simplification, automation and new product capabilities and innovations


• 
  Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards


• 
  Lead system design and implementation and be the subject matter expert of domain


• 
  Collaborate with peer and cross functional teams across the globe


• 
  Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development


• 
  Be a culture champion on the team and across the company


• 
  Develop efficient technology solutions to drive Salesforce implementations and enhancements in the assigned projects.


• 
  Demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.


• 
  Interface and collaborate with other team-members in geographically distributed locations.


• 
  Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development


• 
  Develop technical & domain expertise and apply the same in solving business challenges.


• 
  Estimate technology efforts, plan implementation, and roll out applications with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Role Requirements

• 
  A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a Software Engineering function, related to financial industry.


• 
  Hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce solutions.


• 
  Experience solving functional problems by effectively leveraging the Salesforce technology offerings.


• 
  Excellent understanding of Salesforce data modelling.


• 
  Must be Salesforce certified Administrator.


• 
  Must have at least one Salesforce Dev certification.


• 
  Experienced with Salesforce API toolkit and Visualforce


• 
  Familiarity with Mule Soft integrations, APIs is a plus.


• 
  Familiarity with AWS is a plus.


• 
  Hands-on experience building a microservices-based architecture is a plus.
