Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding the market for e FACi Li TY, our cutting-edge facility management software. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in software product or Saa S sales and will be responsible for driving growth in India and various international regions – Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacif
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline for e FACi Li TY across India and other international markets.

Client Engagement
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure the successful sale of e FACi Li TY products and services.

Product Knowledge
Gain an in-depth understanding of the e FACi Li TY product portfolio and demonstrate the value and benefits to prospective clients through presentations, demos, and discussions.

Sales Cycle Management
Own the complete sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring all client requirements are met.

Regional Focus
Take ownership of business development efforts across India, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

Client Satisfaction & Retention
Ensure post-sale client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities to grow the business from existing accounts.
Requirements
-
5-6 years of proven experience in Enterprise Software Product/Saa S Sales, with a focus on B2B environments.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in India and international markets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a focus on closing high-value deals.

Knowledge of Facility Management Software or related domains will be a plus.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
