Senior Communications Consultant

The Senior Communications Consultant will be responsible for implementing communications plan in line with business strategies, executing communication-based initiatives and activities.
The individual will be responsible for helping to create and drive strategic internal communications plans to build the brand of the business group or enterprise function, in terms of its capabilities, successes, and priorities across India and the Philippines (I&P). They will also track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
The individual will work closely with a group of seasoned professionals to ensure alignment with the I&P strategy and messaging and will support multiple business leaders to drive high-impact, high-value communications programs.
As needed, the candidate will help manage reputational issues, provide critical support in managing crisis communications, and will be a trusted advisor to the business group or enterprise function.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or equivalent in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or other related discipline is an advantage
- 5+ years of relevant experience driving communications in large-scale organizations
- Successful track record of supporting and working in close partnership with the leadership team, while being an integral part of the global corporate communications team
- Should have a deep understanding of communication techniques to drive business objectives
- Demonstrate excellent judgement and understanding of navigating complex situations in a matrix and multi-stakeholder environment with strong experience in change management and dealing with crises
- Candidate must be amenable to work on a mid-shift and late evening schedules as required
