We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, and the ability to drive results for our clients. As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement for our healthcare clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our clients' healthcare services and products.
- Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other digital channels.
- Oversee website optimization efforts, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing, to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies.
- Analyze data and generate reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the healthcare sector.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve the set KPIs and goals.
- Work closely with the client servicing team to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with their objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hub Spot) is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hub Spot, and others.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
