Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various media platforms, including print, digital, and social media. This role requires a creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to translate requirements into visually engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Creative Development:
Design a wide variety of materials across digital and print platforms such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, infographics, product packaging, and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and meet the project's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality assets.
Visual Branding:
Contribute to the maintenance and development of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Support the creation of new templates, icons, and graphics that enhance the brand’s overall aesthetic and appeal.
Project Management:
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Follow the project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.) to create and edit designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with the Creatives Manager and other designers to receive feedback, iterate on designs, and deliver final polished visuals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that align with the brand strategy.
Adaptability:
Be flexible in adapting designs to various formats and platforms, ensuring that the visual message is clear and consistent across different media.
Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining the core design elements and brand integrity.
