We are looking for Sr. Graphic Designer. This position requires a talented and experienced individual with a minimum of 3-4 years in the industry, a passion for innovative design, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.
Conceptualize and execute visually stunning and effective creative campaigns.
Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and creative vision.
Translate client requirements into compelling visual concepts and designs.
Collaborate with senior brand strategists and copywriters to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to creative projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the creative team.:
Oversee the development of creative campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
Attend brainstorming sessions with other leadership & creative team to develop concepts for new business presentation
Maintain high standards of design excellence, ensuring all creative output meets or exceeds client expectations.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance creative capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3-4 years experience working in a digital agency and 2 years as a Visualizer
Someone who has done a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts
Well-versed with Adobe Suite, CGI, and video editing.
Should be familiar with software like Midjourney, Blender, 3D Max, Maya, Zbrush, After Effects, etc.
Should have strong knowledge of all video and audio formats
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JS/JQuery, and experience in UI/UX design would be an added advantage
A creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics, color combination, typography, and other detailing
Should be familiar with technical requirements and trends for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, You Tube
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
