Job Title: Senior HR Executive
We are looking for a Passionate and Dedicated Senior HR Executive with more than 3 years of experience. Candidates with Two wheeler are preferred!!
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining Attendance through Biometric System and Maintaining HRMS,
2. Oversee recruitment and selection processed, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees,
3. Monitoring Absenteeism, late coming, on duty and Permission on daily basis,
4. Handling statutory compliances like ESI, EPF, and Gratuity.
5. Monitoring the housekeeping and security team,
6. Responsible for the complete resources management required for regular functioning,
7. Handling wage and salary administration,
8. Handling payroll validations.
9. Investigating Internal Complaints,
10. Maintaining training record,
11. Responsible for other HR operations.
