Webvillee Technology Pvt Ltd are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that we attract and hire the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsible For -
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to source qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates who meet the technical and cultural fit of the company.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on job requirements and candidate profiles.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.

Employer Branding: Work with the HR team to enhance the company’s employer brand and create a compelling candidate value proposition.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and data to analyze hiring effectiveness and make informed decisions.

Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding hiring practices.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters on best practices and recruitment techniques.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.


Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Zoho ATS etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
