Our operations have expanded to India, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary: The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our high-ticket size Saa S product, Tree AMS, to brands across various industries. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Saa S industry, adept at closing clients and selling premium software products. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales skills, a deep understanding of software solutions, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
○ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Client Acquisition:
○ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
○ Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present tailored software solutions.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
○ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Tree AMS.
○ Address client queries and objections effectively to advance the sales process.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
○ Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close high-value deals.
○ Ensure seamless contract execution and follow-up to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
○ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive sales process.
○ Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Director.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
○ Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
○ Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the Saa S industry.
● Proven track record of successfully closing high-ticket size software deals.
● Deep understanding of software solutions and the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
