About the role

• As a travel consultant, you will be responsible for creating quotes, booking, sales etc.
• Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary.
• Negotiation with hotels and contracting.
• Maintaining good relations with suppliers.
• Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands.
• Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound).

Job requirements:

• A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management.
• Fresher with Travel degree can also apply.
• Minimum 2-10 years’ experience within the travel industry handling B2C or B2B market working with Agents and FTOs.
• Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar.
• An eye for detailing and a customer experience-driven approach.
• It's an advantage if you know at least one destination we promote (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Taiwan, Turkey, Morocco, Mauritius, Seychelles, Myanmar, Azerbaijan, uzbekistan etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Negotiation, Contracting and Interpersonal skills.
• Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills.
• Working knowledge of Travel ERP Systems and application.
• A creative flair and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask within strict deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
