Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service and Installation Engineer with expertise in Auto CAD 2D/3D design and heavy machinery installation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the metal-laser cutting or CNC industry (preferred), or related fields.
Responsibilities:
  • Install & Commission: Set up and commission metal-laser cutting and CNC machinery.
  • Service & Support: Provide timely maintenance and troubleshooting; resolve customer queries.
  • Reporting: Prepare service reports and update the Service Manager.
  • Plant Presence: Be present at the plant when not on service calls.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D/3D design.
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery installation and commissioning.
  • Willingness to travel across India (15-20 days/month).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹220,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Vasna Chacharvadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • CNC Service: 1 year (Required)
  • Auto CAD: 1 year (Required)
  • heavy machinery service / installation: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 100% (Required)
