Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers to promote our products.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and implement best practices.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Any degree with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
• Ability to convince influencers to promote our products.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
