Overview
As a Software Engineer you will play a crucial role in building our cloud-based, software-as-a-service, application as part of our highly skilled and experienced engineering team. Our team in Uppsala and Pune has more than 20+ years of experience solving very complex problems in optimization and data processing for our customers. Coupa’s suite of applications is built using a wide range of technologies such as Java, Ruby, Resque, Elastic Search, SQL, etc, and our team of over 500 SWEs globally are responsible for building new and maintaining existing applications.

Role
At a technical level you as part of a larger team will own end-to-end development of new features (design, planning, execution, testing, and deployment) using Agile methodology and CI/CD; and when a problem is found you will work with quality engineering and support to find a resolution that ensures success for all parties. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across products with engineers all over the company and globe, as well as collaborating with Product and UX to plan and design new products and features.
