Responsibilities:
● Create high-quality and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, social media posts, and website copy.
● Develop a deep understanding of our brand Mandaala (Div. of Print Stop), target audience, and industry to create content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
● Write compelling Drip emails, one-off emails, case studies and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our message and drive engagement with our customers/prospects.
● Craft engaging Linked In posts for our Leaders to promote our brand through their stories.
● Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to ensure our content stays updated, informative, and valuable to our audience.
● Coordinate content production, including collaborating with internal marketing teams, designers, business development, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
● Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
● Utilize AI tools creatively and effectively to enhance content creation and brainstorm new ideas for engaging and innovative content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in Saa S or B2B environments.
- A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
