Sr. Ecommerce Executive

∙Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce sales strategies to achieve revenue
targets and business objectives.
∙Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for growth and optimization.
2.Ecommerce Platform Management:
∙Oversee the management and optimization of assigned ecommerce platforms
∙Monitor ecommerce sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
∙Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement
actionable insights.
3.Marketing and Promotion:
∙Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective online campaigns and
promotions.
∙Utilize various marketing channels to increase brand visibility and attract more
customers.
4.Customer Relationship Management:
∙Ensure excellent customer service and support on the ecommerce platform.
∙Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain high customer
satisfaction levels.
5.Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
∙Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and
delivery.
∙Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
6.Budgeting and Profitability:
∙Develop and manage the ecommerce sales budget to achieve desired profitability
targets.
∙Implement cost-effective strategies while maximizing revenue.
Qualifications/Requirements:
∙Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is
a plus.
∙Proven experience of 4+ years in Ecommerce Sales
∙Demonstrated track record of driving ecommerce sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
∙Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales
team.
∙In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
∙Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
∙Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
∙Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
∙Understanding of customer behavior and online consumer trends.
∙Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices.

The incumbent will report to National Sales Head
As an Ecommerce Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our online sales strategy and driving
