Job Summary:
We are seeking a Support Engineer based in Mumbai to join our team. This role involves providing support for our in-house software, conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting issues, and documenting customer requirements during site visits. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and have the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations & Customer Meetings:

• Conduct product demos at customer sites or remotely to showcase features and functionalities.
• Provide technical presentations to explain the benefits and applications of our software solutions.

On-site Customer Support:

• Visit customer locations across Mumbai and nearby places for troubleshooting, software implementation, and technical support.
• Resolve technical issues related to in-house software.
• Collect feedback from customers and communicate the feedback to internal teams.

Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:

• Diagnose software problems through a combination of customer-reported issues and own analysis.
• Collaborate with the development team to report software bugs and issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, reported issues, and solutions provided.

Customer Requirements Gathering:

• Work with customers to document their technical requirements and business needs.
• Suggest software enhancements based on customer feedback.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in software support, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles, preferably with in-house or enterprise software.

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in database management (SQL Server or similar).
• Understanding of programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, and other related technologies is good to have.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Other Requirements:

• Good presentation skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with web services and API integrations.
• Knowledge of JSON, and other data formats.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
