Technical Marketing Engineer

Job description
Role & responsibilities
Technical Expertise:

Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the insulation products and technologies offered by the company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and innovations in insulation
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that highlight the technical advantages and benefits of insulation products.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, case studies, and presentations that effectively communicate technical information.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Analyse customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing strategies and product messaging.
Customer Engagement:
Organize and participate in trade shows, webinars, and other industry events to promote insulation products and gather market intelligence.
Provide technical support to sales teams and customers, addressing queries and providing expert advice.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and resources that assist in selling insulation products.
Train sales staff on technical aspects of products and effective selling techniques.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the R&D, product management, and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product development.
Coordinate with external agencies or consultants as needed for specialized marketing projects.
Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:

Technical sales: 2 years (Required)
INSULATION PRODUCTS: 2 years (Required)
