The Sales Engineer will focus on direct sales of process instruments, targeting customers in the following segments:

• Industrial Automation
• Manufacturing (Process Industries)
• OEMs

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for process instruments, maximizing customer engagement within assigned regions. Engage with contractors, consultants, and end customers to expand market presence.
• Prepare and deliver timely quotations, lead negotiations, and work towards closing deals efficiently.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding and interpreting client requirements. Engage with clients to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
• Drive the sales process with a strong focus on retaining customers and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies. Gather and report insights on competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, actively participating to promote products and build professional networks.

Education and Experience:

• B.E or B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales, specifically in process instruments.
• Proven track record of selling instrumentation and sensors.
• Experience in industries such as industrial automation, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India.
