Job location: Mumbai - 1 position, Delhi- 2 positions, Bangalore- 2 positions.
Experience: Min 3 to 4 years of experience of Electrical Appliances Repairs & Servicing, maintenance & service support.
Excellent Electrical Products / FMCG / Home appliances repairs skills. Technical Knowledge, Electronics Assembly knowledge, Time management,
Communication Skills- Marathi, Hindi Mandatory & English desirable.
Only Male Candidates

• Responsible for technical support for Electrical repairs & maint for Cherise Vending Machines
• Machine maintenance – New & existing – Tea / Coffee Vending Machines and other similar products
• To attend the repairs & maint support at customers- as per the task assigned by the Operations team
• Periodical maintenance plan of machines installed in a particular assigned areas, new installation and demo for new machines, within the assigned areas.
• To make all the arrangements of machines demo to the best satisfaction of customers
• Attending customers complaints – as per communication from Cust Support team
• Updating the new technology upgradation – as per communication from Tech Team
• Arranging the necessary material and spares, parts etc for required machines repairs
• According to the levels of complaints- attending it with the necessary material, if any
• To update the actions completed and status of the complaint to customer support team
• Coordination with other techno man for planning the work

Candidates from Electrical Assembly / Electrical parts repairing services industry, ON FILED Electrical machines / FMCG products repairs industry is highly preferred.
Candidates who have OWN two wheeler with valid license, only need to apply
Must have good knowledge about the local areas. (Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore)
