Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Textile Designer with expertise in fabric selection and functional design, specifically for babywear. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing fabrics that prioritize comfort, safety, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Select and recommend appropriate fabrics for babywear, focusing on organic and sustainable options.
- Design functional and aesthetically pleasing textiles that meet safety standards for infants.
- Create Tech Packs and ensure designs align with brand values.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in babywear fabrics and integrate them into designs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in textile design, particularly in the babywear industry.
- Strong understanding of fabrics like cotton, tencel, and bamboo blends.
- Ability to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
