Develop and deliver training programs for General Duty Assistant candidates (GDAs).
 Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions.
 Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
 Create and maintain up-to-date training materials.
Requirements:
 GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) degree.
 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
 Training experience preferred.
