Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced/Fresher Travel Sales Consultant (Inside) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our hotel and its services to potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and increasing hotel revenue through the sale of rooms, meeting spaces, and other amenities.
* Attending customer queries for Hotel Booking over emails and calls.
* Quoting Deals & Sending Proposals for hotel bookings for PAN India Cities.
* Tie-up with Travel Agents, Event Management Companies, Travel Clubs, Corporate Nights to sell packages and room nights.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
* Promoting hotels and its services through online (social media) and offline media.
* Converting Leads into Business.
* Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding sales activities, revenue, and market trends.
* Achieving goals through regular follow- ups.
* Exercise excellent telephone/ email etiquette.
* Good negotiation and selling skills are essential.
* Good command of both spoken and written English.
* Should be proficient in Hindi & English. Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
* Should be open to travel outstation to attend trade fairs, client meetings, exhibitions.
* Should have prior experience in Hotel sales / Reservations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Good negotiation and selling skills are essential.
* Good command of both spoken and written English.
* Should be proficient in Hindi & English. Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
* Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and client visits.
* Knowledge of the hotel industry and trends
* Knowledge of OTA Management is a plus.
