Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Junior UI/UX and Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, as well as compelling graphic designs for various media. You will collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet high standards of usability, aesthetics, and visual communication.
Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design:
• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Contribute to the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms (web, i OS, Android).
• Support rapid prototyping using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Etc.
• Graphic Design:
• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
• Design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects.
• Collaboration and Research:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement innovative design solutions.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX and graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• 0-2 years in UI/UX and Graphic Design (internships and freelance work are considered).
• Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs and graphic design work.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After effects, Animate).
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is a plus.
• Knowledge of web and mobile platforms (i OS, Android) and their design guidelines.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Added advantage on experience in startups is an added advantage.
• Added advantage on familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
