Urgent hiring for Senior Travel Advisor - International Operations

An International start-up travel company is hiring candidates for the Senior Travel Advisor position based in Kolkata with 5-10 years of experience in Domestic and International Travel
  • Expert in creating Domestic and International travel itineraries for FIT, GIT, Business, and Corporate
  • Ability to understand customer travel requirements
  • Conversion of the customer from a potential customer to permanent customers.
  • Plan transportations, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
  • Maintain excellent relations with clients/customers and provide support and assistance ensuring that all travel requirements are handled efficiently
  • Handling Inbound Calls of the organization
  • Good connections with all hotels across India and abroad
  • Good connections with transport vendors across India and abroad
  • Expert in managing the tour operations
Qualification
  • Travel enthusiast
  • Graduate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
  • IATA Certified highly desired
  • Must possess knowledge and experience in managing Phone calls, Computers (MS Office), E-Mails, Fax, Printers, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Warm, alert, prompt, presentable, resourceful, and confident
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Ability to speak effortlessly in English, Bengali, and Hindi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
