Wood Framing Inspector

Description: Timberland Home Center is looking for an experienced Wood Framing Inspector to be a quality control expert who checks the construction of wood framing to ensure it meets certain standards. This is a full time position in our Indianapolis office.
Requirements:Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Inspect single family homes for framing errors
  • Inspect roof trusses for quality
  • Visit 10-12 homes per day for inspection
  • Report findings back to account representative
  • File reports for each home inspection
Ideal candidate will have:
  • Construction experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
