PT Halim Inti Gahara (XIONCO) is seeking a distinguished skilled 3D Animator with expertise in custom rigging for 3D model characters, motion capture, and animation clean-up. The ideal candidate will have experience with leading 3D software to bring our product to life with realistic and high-quality animations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and create high-quality 3D animations for characters, creatures, and objects.
-Ensure that the animation matches the brand identity and message you want to convey.
-Ensure animations are optimized for performance while maintaining visual quality.
-Capture, clean up, and adjust animation data from motion capture sessions.
-Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques in 3D animation and motion
capture.REQUIREMENTS:
-Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (Blender, 3ds max, etc).
-Strong sense of timing, weight, and motion in animation.
-Ability to create realistic and stylized animations based on project requirements.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to the project's visual style.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Willingness to take feedback and iterate on animations based on team and client input.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
