Responsibilities

In the Indirect Sales Department, you'll be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Odoo’s partner network in Indonesia. This department is divided into three specialized teams: Partnership Recruiting, Partner Manager, and Customer Success Team. Each team plays a key role in driving the success and growth of Odoo’s partnerships across industries like IT, consulting, and system integration.

In the Partnership Recruiting team, you will focus on actively identifying and onboarding new partners to expand Odoo’s network. In the Partner Manager team, your role will involve training and supporting partners to effectively sell and implement Odoo solutions, while also maintaining strong relationships and helping partners develop business strategies. Finally, in the Customer Success Team, you will focus on ensuring partner satisfaction by handling renewals, retention, and upselling opportunities, as well as addressing any challenges they face to help them achieve long-term success with Odoo.
Based on your interview results and skill set, you will be assigned to one of these specialized teams , allowing you to focus on the area where you can make the biggest impact and contribute to the overall growth and success of Odoo’s partner ecosystem.
Everyday will be a "Day 1" as there will always new subject/things to learn and uncover in order to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Engage and build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing Odoo partners
  • Act as the main contact, providing strategic support and guidance to Odoo partners
  • Train partners on product offerings and sales best practices
  • Equip partners with the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Identify and support sales opportunities, including new business, renewals, and upselling
  • Help partners align solutions with customer needs and track performance to ensure growth


MUST HAVE
  • Min. Bachelor degree or higher
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • You are an excellent communicator, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets
  • Strong knowledge in ERP, business management software and the whole tech industry
  • Passionate about sales
NICE TO HAVE
  • 1 - 5 years of experience (as sales within the software industry would be an advantage)
  • Immediate availability
