Our client, an innovative artist management company located in Ubud, Bali, dedicated to elevating the creative journey of contemporary fine artists is looking for an Accountant to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, experience in office management, and be proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Drive. This role will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions across multiple divisions, and efficiently managing office operations.
Requirements:

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum seven years work experience.
• Proven experience in accounting and office management roles.
• Highly proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, responsible and honourable.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
• Must be based in Bali, preferably Ubud.
• Willingness to work at an office located in Ubud (North Ubud: Tampaksiring).
• Must have their own phone and transport.
• Office Computer to be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the accounting processes for multiple divisions including art and real-estate.
• Create and manage documents for invoicing, financial records, purchase orders, and tax review.
• Manage the accounting of family personal monthly expenses provided by house staff, including monthly reports in excel/google sheets format.
• Oversee the Indonesian PT company's corporate requirements including annual reporting (P&L, Management Report), Tax, OSS, and employment responsibilities (BPJS, etc...).
• Manage office operations including local procurement, managing deliveries and shipments, and ad hoc tasks as required.
• Coordinate with tax consultants for tax submissions to the government.
• Structure the family office efficiently for tax purposes and maintain diligent records.
