Accounting Manager
Job Description :

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting, entering and summarizing all transactions report and financial status, which includes a balance sheet, profit & loss statements.
• Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues. Present financial report to higher management.
• Outsource and assist with external party, such as Financial Auditor, Regulatory, Legal and Tax Consultant, by providing all financial information and reports, including audited financial statements Conduct inter-company transactions, bank statements and generate invoices.
• Supervise and collaborate with accounting staff in overseeing accounting activities for payroll, insurance and all staff basic compliance in healthcare, bonuses also bank reconciliations.

Qualifications :

• S1 Accounting degree, with minimum experiences of 3-5 years in finance/accounting Capable to handle full set of accounts & financial reporting
• Experiences in Garment industry and/or public accounting will be prioritized. Excellent proficiency in spreadsheet excel spreadsheet PPT and other MS applications
• Ability to operate Accounting/ Finance software system (ERP Finance, Myobi or other similar) is an advantage.
• High attention to detail in quantitative analytical skill. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
• Excellent at multitask and analyzing financial information and interpret for other department .
• Excellent teamwork, time management and accuracy of book keeping.
