- Record daily financial transactions, including receipts and expenditures.
- Ensure all transaction evidence (invoices, receipts) is properly documented and in compliance.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure account reconciliations are performed regularly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage company cash, including processing cash receipts and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the mining industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
