Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax reporting, internal and statutory accounting.
• Experience Xero is a must
• Expertise in financial statement preparation
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
• Motivation for professional growth and team development
• Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral).
• Located in Bali or willing to relocate quickly

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and accounting records.
• Maintain internal accounting systems, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
• Oversee banking and cash management, including coordinating tax payments.
• Collaborate with an external accounting firm for management reporting purposes and reconcile data with statutory accounts.
• Identify potential improvements in policies and standard operating practices; assess their effectiveness and recommend and implement necessary changes.
• Prepare and submit tax reports, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
