- Gather and organize social media inquiries, comments, and feedback, and prepare a comprehensive weekly report summarizing key insights and trends
- Track and address customer feedback and inquiries, escalating issues as needed and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree (D3/S1) from any major discipline
- Proficient using Google Sheet & Google Docs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and have problem-solving skills
