About the Role

Handle and deliver end-to-end support for agencies across recruitment and retention, coaching and mentoring, and achieve business goals

Deliver the performance and compliance to quality standards of the assigned region
Provide mentorship in resolving the gap and be a thought partner for agents
Drive Agents’ productivity uplift using MAPA and digital tools adoption
Handle performance of Agency leaders and top performing agents through data analysis across dimensions
Offer business consultation to drive impact and achieve targets
Deliver critical initiatives execution and implementing it with agents
Plan (e.g., sales builder, follow-up follow-through, DILO/WILO/MILO) and coordinate recruitment events (e.g., events, promotions) to attract quality agents
Empower leaders to conduct interviews independently, communicate proposition, meanwhile, proactively attract high quality agents
