Position Overview:

Tyr Rewards is seeking a Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing the backend infrastructure for our marketing automation systems. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and analytics teams to automate workflows, streamline email campaigns, and develop systems that enable personalised user engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Design and implement robust backend systems to power Tyr Rewards' marketing automation efforts.
10) Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications:

1) 3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on marketing automation systems.
11) Familiar with Microservice and event-driven architecture

Nice-to-Have:.

Knowledge of personalization algorithms for targeting marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
