Overview & Responsibilities
Performs duties such as chemical blasting, sand blasting, maintain blasting booth and apparatus, general workshop maintenance, general housekeeping, painting, crafting of equipment and material, and other duties as assigned.

- Promotes safety and quality at all times.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Able to work from written and verbal instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conducts his or himself in a professional manner at all times.
- Maintains logs and record documents as required.
- Uses appropriate equipment, tooling, drawings, work scopes, procedures, specifications and documentation to perform the primary functions of the job.
- Advance knowledge of lifting, rigging, crane and forklift operations and ability to obtain certification as needed.
- Able to help train other employees on processes and procedures.
- Actively increasing mechanical aptitude to assist other work disciplines.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Accepts ownership over work performance and works to improve skillset.
