Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to fuel our growth. This role is fully commission-based, offering high earning potential for the right candidate. Position Overview:

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for NGM.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand NGM’s reach and capabilities.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics, provide regular reports to leadership, and analyze sales data to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our creative and account management teams to ensure alignment in client engagements.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales or client-facing role, ideally within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong network within the industry, with a track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute on them effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, including content creation, social media, and advertising.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fully commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
