Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in Business Management and Finance aligned with [Curriculum Name, e.g., Western Australian, IB, or Cambridge].
• Teach students how to analyze case studies and apply theories and concepts to solve real-world business challenges.
• Incorporate financial literacy and business planning into lessons to prepare students for future studies or careers.
• Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and independent thinking.
• Evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cross-curricular integration and adherence to academic standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching senior secondary students in Business Management or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of business theories, financial management, and case study analysis.
• Proven ability to teach in English with clarity and depth.
• Experience in managing a business or enterprise is a plus.
