Job Description

1. Lead customer protection risk domain especially related to seller protection
2. Conduct risk assessments especially related to customer protection, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
4. Monitor and report on key risk indicators, providing regular updates to management on the status of risk mitigation efforts.
5. Participate in the design and enhancement of risk management frameworks, aligning them with the evolving business landscape and industry best practices.
6. Support the investigation and resolution of risk incidents, working closely with stakeholders to prevent recurrence and promote a culture of risk awareness.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business risk management and fraud management area
2. Strong understanding of fraud and risk management principles
3. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sector.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings to a non-technical audience.
5. Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across different levels of the organization.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills
7. Excellent problem solver and structure thinking
