1. *Education and Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- Must be able to communicate in English dan Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
2. *Experience:*
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with clinic operations, including patient care processes, billing, and insurance claims.
3. *Skills:*
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial reporting.
4. *Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
5. *Personal Attributes:*
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Adaptability to changing healthcare environments and regulations.
6. *Knowledge:*
