Hyatt Regency Bali, a delightful beachfront hotel in Sanur built on nine hectares of lush tropical gardens. The beachfront resort is elegantly designed with a modern Balinese touch and overlooks the Indian Ocean.
Andaz Bali, modeled after a modern Balinese village, invites guests to discover the fascinating old and new. The beachfront resort is carefully built around an existing mature landscape, lending it a homey and lush ambiance, much like Sanur itself.

As Chef De Partie Bakery, you will be responsible to assist Chief Baker and Sous Chef Bakery for the smooth operations of daily bakery production for Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali.

Qualifications
This position is only for Indonesian.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hotel environment
- Profound to overseeing the maintance of bakery kitchen and food safety standards
- Passionate about creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Creative, innovative and attention to details
- A team player, invested in the bigger picture and passionate in being part of a highly performing team
