Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning & Strategy:

• Collaborate with the team to develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Research current trends and implement strategies that boost engagement and reach.

2. Content Creation & Editing:

• Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos during academy training sessions and events.
• Create reels, stories, posts, and You Tube videos.

3. Script Writing & Caption Development:

• Write compelling, engaging, and grammatically correct scripts for video content.
• Craft captions that resonate with the audience, reflecting the academy’s Hero brand archetype.

4. Posting & Analytics:

• Manage the timely posting of content across platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content strategies.

5. Collaboration & Storytelling:

• Work closely with coaches, players, and other staff to document inspirational stories from the academy.
• Ensure all content aligns with the academy’s values and vision.
